A mysterious creature what I would liken to the machines in The Matrix and aliens in The Darkest Hour has appeared in Sheffield. Makes a change from Cardiff and London. Meanwhile a pod has appeared by the hillside. This alien that we'll call Tim Shaw is sort of like the Predator. Out to collect a human trophy. The soundtrack is new. The series is quite dark. Ryan is a warehouse worker. Graham and his nan Grace are married. They'd come to visit him. Yaz is a policewoman. The Doctor after a regeneration is trying to figure things out. People going in/out were to stick to the left. Didn't happen. Chaos ensued. There was a girl named Ruby that looks like Siobhan Donaghy. We had got lost in the car on the way to the shift. Bloody roundabouts. Some staff wore fancy dress. There were glowsticks meant for guests that staff had nicked. I missed one of my table as i followed wrong que ie mix up. A Quiet Place  is a horror movie written, directed by and starring John Krasinski. It also has Emily Blunt and a few child actors. They all did well. You may have seen Signs , Extinction , The New Daughter , It Comes At Night . It's post apocalyptic America. Not many humans are left. These monsters roam the streets and are attracted by loud sounds. That's why our characters must remain quiet. Minimal dialogue. Using sign language and subtitles are shown. Some words blend into the background. Nice special effects. It has a good soundtrack. I knew something would happen with that toy. A good film that I recommend.

The Lost World (Jurassic Park 2)  starring Jeff Goldblum, Julianne Moore, Vanessa Lee  hester, Richard Attenborough, Vince Vaughan, Pete Postlethwaite. I watched Fallen Kingdom a few weeks ago. We see Dr Ian Malcolm. Nice transition from the scene of the British family on the island to Malcolm at the subway. There is a second island. An expedition team has been sent there to observe the dinosaurs. Sarah a paleontologist and Ian's girlfriend. Ian makes his way to the island. With him is his daughter. Was she from an interracial marriage or adopted? This day and age there will be people triggered by this. Cert PG. Directed by Steven Spielberg. Plenty of bonus features. Good humour and action. Great actors and special effects. At the time of writing I will be selling this DVD on  EBay. Subtitles are automatically on. A team of hunters has been sent by Ingen. Over in San Diego you have the protagonist with some students/staff in training at a zoo. I like the interaction between human and apes. Cert 12. Good effects. One of the cast was in The Final Destination. The formula is dispersed around the state. A few animals are affected. Claire from the company is hot. A military group have been sent to get back the research. Naomi Harris, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Malik Akerman, Jake Lacy. Dwayne also is a producer. Kate is a scientist that created the formula. Jeffrey plays a government agent. He does it well. Good cast. Brutal violence, action, humour, drama and scares.
